Left-chest and cap logos are one flat price, so you never pay more because of a high stitch count. Larger and more complex designs get a fixed quote before we start, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
Are edits really free?
Yes. If the file needs adjusting after your sew-out, we fix it at no charge until it runs right.
Do you charge extra for file formats?
No. We deliver in your machine's format, and you can ask for extra formats such as DST, PES, EXP, EMB or JEF at no cost.
What is not included in patch prices?
Patch material and backing are quoted separately, along with shipping. Your quote lists every cost before you approve the order.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, as well as PayPal and bank transfer.
