Embroidery machines cannot read a JPG or PNG. Digitizing turns your artwork into a stitch file that tells the machine where every stitch goes, in what order and how dense, so the design sews out clean on your fabric.
How fast will I get my files?
Most digitizing and vector orders are delivered in 2 to 4 hours. Large or very detailed designs can take longer, and your quote always shows the delivery time. Patch production times are confirmed with your quote.
Which file formats do you deliver?
Embroidery files in DST, PES, EXP and EMB. Vector files in AI, EPS, CDR and SVG. Tell us your machine or software and we will match it.
Which patch backings can I choose?
Iron-on, sew-on, Velcro (hook and loop), peel-and-stick adhesive and magnetic. Edges can be a merrowed border or laser-cut to a custom shape.
What should I send for a quote?
Your artwork (JPG, PNG, PDF or a sketch), the finished size, what it goes on, and for patches the quantity, patch type and backing.
How does flat-rate pricing work?
Left-chest and cap designs have a flat price, so you never pay more because of stitch count. Larger designs like jacket backs get a fixed quote before we start.
