How we make patches
Your design, start to finish.
A good patch starts with a good file. Because we are digitizers first, every embroidered patch is planned stitch by stitch for its exact size, so small lettering stays readable and edges stay clean.
Send us your logo, a vector file or even a rough sketch. We prepare the artwork, show you a proof, and only start production once you approve it.
Patches are made in bulk for businesses, security companies, military and first-responder units, schools, sports teams, clubs and events, then packed and shipped to your door.

Tell us the quantity you need and we'll quote it. The larger the order, the lower the price per patch.
What is included in the price?
The per-piece price covers making the patch. Material, backing and shipping are quoted separately, and your quote lists every cost before you approve.
What artwork do I need to send?
Any clear logo or image works: JPG, PNG, PDF or a vector file. Even a rough sketch is fine. We prepare the artwork for you.
Will I see the patch before it's made?
Yes. We send a digital proof showing the design, size and colours. Production only starts after you approve it.
Which backing lasts longest?
Sew-on is the most durable and best for uniforms that are washed often. Velcro is best when you need to remove or swap patches.
Do you ship across Canada and the US?
Yes. Patches are packed and shipped with tracking. Shipping is included in your quote.
